Financing Your Care
At Gordon Dental Group, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients.
Gordon Dental Group does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will file all dental insurance claims as a courtesy to the patient. Professional services are rendered and charged to you, NOT YOUR DENTAL BENEFITS COMPANY.
It is helpful if a copy of your dental benefits card is provided at the first visit. You, the patient, are responsible for providing the correct dental benefit information to our office. It is very important you understand the specifications of your dental benefit coverage PRIOR to receiving dental treatment at our office.
Please understand you are personally responsible for payment of all dental services delivered to you by Gordon Dental Group. Our business agreement is with you. You will be responsible for all dental charges not paid in full or paid in a timely manner by your dental plan.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
